1、放卷部位配置磁粉制动器,全自动闭环张力调节。原布张力自动调整,过程中无需人为干预。

2、放卷后配备储布架,可以在两卷布连接时,含浸机仍然可以不停机连续工作。

4、胶槽1个整体用304不锈钢焊接而成,采用V形结构,最大限度减少树脂使用量胶槽最低液位为30mm;底部有排胶孔,方便排胶和清洗;胶槽采用隔水加热,温度范围为室温-80℃加热管功率为3KW

5、采用两组胶量控制辊,可用于两种浸胶方式;辊筒直径Φ292;第一组辊组采用电机+螺杆控制方式,可横向调节间隙大小,辊组上方配备2个溶胶加热板;第二组辊组采用Φ160气缸下压,辊筒配置间隙控制系统,触摸屏+物理按钮,可精确控制辊筒间隙,控制精度可达0.001mm,从而达到精确控制浸胶量的功能;辊组均配备刮刀,用于刮掉辊筒上多余的树脂

6、冷却部分由冷板和冷风罩组成,形成一个封闭的制冷环境,制冷效果好,采用3P制冷机提供冷源。

7、PE膜放卷处采用双放膜,上下各配备组放膜装置;放膜装置采用磁粉制动器+手动张力控制器控制,可做到张力无极调节放膜最大直径400mm。

8、收卷机构采用双收卷工位,可以不停机换卷、收卷。收卷机构采用力矩电机+双离合器,并配有计米器,收卷轴采用可旋转悬臂式,可1人轻松操作换卷。
