4、胶槽1个，整体用304不锈钢焊接而成，采用V形结构，最大限度减少树脂使用量，胶槽最低液位为30mm；底部有排胶孔，方便排胶和清洗；胶槽采用隔水加热，温度范围为室温-80℃，加热管功率为3KW。

5、采用两组胶量控制辊，可用于两种浸胶方式；辊筒直径Φ292；第一组辊组采用电机+螺杆控制方式，可横向调节间隙大小，辊组上方配备2个溶胶加热板；第二组辊组采用Φ160气缸下压，辊筒配置间隙控制系统，触摸屏+物理按钮，可精确控制辊筒间隙，控制精度可达0.001mm，从而达到精确控制浸胶量的功能；辊组均配备刮刀，用于刮掉辊筒上多余的树脂。

6、冷却部分由冷板和冷风罩组成，形成一个封闭的制冷环境，制冷效果好，采用3P制冷机提供冷源。

The cooling part is composed of cold plate and cold air cover, forming a closed cooling environment, with good refrigeration effect. The 3P refrigerator is used to provide the cooling source.

7、PE膜放卷处采用双放膜，上下各配备一组放膜装置；放膜装置采用磁粉制动器+手动张力控制器控制，可做到张力无极调节；放膜最大直径400mm。

8、收卷机构采用双收卷工位，可以不停机换卷、收卷。收卷机构采用力矩电机+双离合器，并配有计米器，收卷轴采用可旋转悬臂式，可1人轻松操作换卷。

9、触摸屏+PLC操作系统，对设备的操作集中到单独的操控台，具有直观及操作简易的特点，单独配置7寸液晶真彩设备状态显示系统，采用先进的状态可视化集成系统，对设备所有参数进行显示、存储。
