该机型主要采用湿法一步法工艺，适用于各类不需要溶剂的树脂的编织布预浸料的含浸。设备自动化程度高，工艺流程成熟，易操作。
This model mainly adopts wet one-step process, which is suitable for all kinds of woven fabric preprematerial without solvent. High degree of equipment automation, mature process flow, easy to operate.
1. 双工位放卷，采用磁粉制动器、张力传感器以及全自动张力控制器实现放卷张力闭环控制或手动控制。

2. 储布装置，可预存纤维布，与双工位放卷、接布装置相配合，实现在不停机的情况下进行换卷、接布。

3. 浸胶装置，主体机架、胶槽及辊组的护罩均采用304不锈钢；采用双胶量控制辊，辊组采用气缸提供下压力，辊筒旋转采用伺服电机控制，辊筒间隙控制采用位移传感器+步进电机，间隙控制精度可达0.001mm；胶槽可拉出，采用隔水加热，内部配备液位传感器。
